Michelle began her nursing career after graduating from Rock Valley College with an Associates in Applied Science in Nursing. As a Registered Nurse for 25+ years, she has worked in various specialties including Sports and Occupational Medicine, as a Health Services Coordinator, Convenient Care, Infectious Disease, and the last 15 years working in Internal Medicine. She continued her education at Aurora College and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating with honors and being inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing. She then went to Chamberlain University and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her goal is to help patients become more functional in their daily living and get to the cause of many of the issues they are dealing with to enable them to get the most out of life and get them back to doing the things they enjoy most. Michelle is married to James Bennett. They've been married for 15 years. They have 5 daughters ranging in ages from 25-32 and 3 granddaughters ages 3, 5, and 7 with another granddaughter on the way. They have a dog, Thor, and 2 cats, Musky and Rue. They love the outdoors, camping, hiking, boating, and most of all spending time with their family making memories.
Debbie is a native of the Midwest and is a graduate from Belvidere High School. After graduation Debbie served in the United States Marine Corps as a Fiscal Accountant. Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge she went on to receive her registration as a Registered Medical Assistant through American Medical Technology in Chicago. She has worked as an RMA for the past 36 years – 17 years with Family Practice, 15 years with Internal Medicine and 5 years with a local Vein Clinic. Debbie joined the NextLevel Team August 2022.
Hi, I’'m Austin Selas and I'm a PT aide here at Next Level Medical Centers! Having lived in Rockford my whole life, I went to Guilford High School and later attended Rockford University to further my education. At Rockford University, I earned my degree in Kinesiology, with minors in biology, health, and coaching. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, and watching movies. I can’t wait to see you here!
Matthew brings over 20 years of digital marketing for small business and 2.5 years of health care marketing for national franchise. What he loves the most is supporting natural and non-invasive methods for the body to heal and get patients back to living the life they love.
